Any train which goes from pune to assam?

my dear you do not have a direct train to guwhati from pune but you have two option .
first option
catch 2129 azad hind express dep pune 18.25 and arrival howrah 03.50 third day morning. total hours of journey is 33.25. and from howrah to guwhati catch a train from sealdah station 5657 kanchanjanga express dep sealdah 06.45 and reach guwhati 04.30 next day morning .
second option
go to kalyan junction from pune which is 2.30 hours journey from pune and catch 5645/5647 guwahati express dep from kalyan at 07.45 and reach 11.30 on the third day . total journey hours is 51.45 hours. this train runs only on wednesday friday (5647) and saturday only.
the second option is the best as you do not have to change station and the train. and also you can get a direct ticket for which fare will be low.
for shorter time journey
you have a another option by going to patna and from there to guwahati
catch 2149 patna super express dep from pune at 20.55 and arrival at patna is 04.00 third day morning . this train runs from pune on thursday and sunday only. and from patna catch 5631 exp at 4.35 and reach guwahati at 23.15 same day night. total journey hours is 51 hours only.
any how second option is the best.
