We want to go to Kulu Manali after 15th Dec from Pune for 6 days. How to complete trip in 6 days and how to go

which main points are there who will cover within 5 days?
Where will we get the snowfall/ snow?

only one option go by plane till the nearest airport and then go by car only then u willbe able to enjoy a little in kulu manali other wise u will curse yourself for waiting time and money by going there .

6 days might be a bit tight. You might spend most of it traveling, and will be too tired to enjoy. Dont think there's dirsct air connection between Kullu Manali and Pune. The quickest way of getting there will probably be to fly to Chandigarh and travel from there by train or road.
And it will be bloody cold there at this time of the year. If you are a native of Pune - DRESS REALLY WARM.
As far as stay goes, there's loads of accommodation there. And this being off season, you will probably get good deals. Try the govt. guest houses before anything else. And YMCA/ YWCA hostels might also be available.

catch a flight for delhi..and then take a bus for manali...getting a bus will be easy..there are many travel agents in cp..or near railway station..there are lots and lots of hotels in manali..offering various services at varied costs..you can opt for a package in one of the hotel..
and visit to rohtang pass is a must..it is some 80 kms from manali..and it will be covered in ur hotel package...
