Hi Man, i used to be as thin as u can imagine but i would rather advice you not to go for endura or other stuff it may hamper ur body and health....

Join a gym and if possible drink beer as much as u can....beer add a lot of weight and by working out u will also gain weight...

follow these things and within 2 months u will get a great body dear...let it be slow and natural...

Dnt be shy of being thin....thin is in....and peopel dnt judge you with ur weight those who does "DO we really need them"....
