please include directions, transportation details..best deals..etc. you have not mentioned the start place for your journey. Well you can start with New delhi the weather will be good and you can visit connaught place, karol bagh for shopping, Red fort, Kutub minar for historical places, india gate best would be take a package from a reputated tour company and they will organise everything for you in your budget.
