Is mexico expenisive to live if you live on your own? |
i want to move to a place named el, grullo jalisco If you already have american money to go spend then it won't be that expensive, but if you are thinking of working and living in Mexico for the rest of your life then it is expensive because of the low amount of income in Mexico. If it is just for a few months then it won't be so expensive. no but you have some of the money changed to mexican cause you dont' want to use u.s. cause its whta they are wanting and you have to be careful if you dont' know the money you have to make sure they charge you right cause they some of htem will take advantage i think it would be alot cheaper to live in the country but the question is you will hve to be careful and realize the police and stuff are croaked did you know. they have the military now helping cause of that and even the prsdient is mean so be careful take care. mexico ? We live in Mexico 8 months of the year and love it here in the winter. You may visit mexico for 6months on a tourist visa...you will not be able to work. If you plan to work in Mexico, you need an FM3 visa with a work permit..very difficult to get. It is fairly inexpensive to live in Mexico...if you plan to come for 6 months you would need to have about$1000 a month to live on...tho some people live on less. You can rent a simple, but decent house or apt for about $300 a month, , ph. is about 30, internet 30, cable tv 50 to 60, gas 10, elec 10. touristy towns are more expensive...get away from the tourist areas and prices go down. charlie is right, El Grullo is not an expensive place, but depending on where you want to live is how expensive is going to be, so probably the amount of 1000 Us a month is ok, I 麓ll dare to say due to the location , maybe there will be some money save at the end of the month.... I used to teach english in Guadalajara, if you're planning to live for about six months is ok, rents use to be low in those little town, food is f**king cheap too. Also when you enter mexico they'll give you a tourist visa valid for 180 days, if you're planning to stay longer you have to get an FM3 and it cost around 200 usd. for a year and you have to do a lot of paper work in Guadalajara. It was great there, I love people from Jalisco, they are very very friendly. |
