What is the name of this place? Urgent...?

I know this is in Nice, France, but I am not sure where this place is in Nice. Here are photos and some details:

And I know there is also this place nearby that looks like a church and has an elaborate flower garden in front of the facade.

And there is also this place in Nice that look like Roman ruins on a cliff.

Please help... what are the names of these places?

I would say the first photography is "la promenade des anglais", and the second would be a part of Cimiez site...
But I'm not totally sure
