Where is the best place to be to see the New Year fireworks in Cannes?

Are there any cafes near the beach in Cannes that do not put up their prices on New Year's Eve?

In front of the see !
On the beach or on the terrace of your hotel if you can afford it !

Edit : Of course there are some caf茅s... And you must know that Cannes's price are quite high. But I'm sure you can find little caf茅s not too expensive.
Otherwise you've got benches along the beach, if you're not too sensitive to the cold ! ;-)
