Would I be able to attend the Cannes Film Festival?

Like, is it even possible? Could I buy tickets? Sneak in? See the celebs? Party?
Because I was thinking of going there for vacation, and May would be the perfect time =]

Yes it's possible, You can buy tickets, etc.
One thing, Cannes in may is very crowded. And also very expensive.
If you can handle it, go ahead, and enjoy the sights!
