Is the building work @ Place Masenna, Nice completed?

I am not sure when I was last there they said it was due to be finished soon, but as i sais not sure if it is.

I currently live in Nice, the tramway has now been completed in Place Massena, and extends across the city. The building work has primarily been completed and is only really around the bus station.
