The name of the monument in Nice...?

The monument is near Le Meridian in Nice, it is on the edge of the park I think is called Jardin Albert 1 and it looks like it represents some goddess. Is that maybe the goddess of Nike? What is the name of the monument?

Its the Monument du Centenaire which commemorates the annexation of Nice and its incorporation in the French state.

The figure on top is indeed, Nike, Greek goddess of Victory.

You're right , this is Nikaia !
The "monument du centenaire" wich celebrate the joining of Nice to the french republic in 1793 (by referendum, not by annexation)
The statue, on top of it, is Nikaia, the greec godess of victory (the name of Nice comes from Nikaia )
