Portland???????

my family and i are thinking to relocating to portland, or. my question is if portland is a nice place to live, good jobs, and safe place to live, stuff like that, thanks for you're help.

Portland is a great place to live a few setbacks. It is very livable and very safe. There are a few isolated bad parts of town, but they're small and out of the way. Housing prices aren't expensive like the other west coast cities.

The biggest setback are teh schools and the job market. The school are good, but the funding system is too shaky which can lead to an exodus of great teachers, like what happened from 2002-2004. The job market is great, however, most business do not place enough importance in Potland to make it the greatest place to make a great career. However, if you already have made a great career, there are tons of positions waiting.
