oregon does it snow most everywhere in oregon?

Usually the winters in the Portland, and Vancouver areas are
very mild. We usually see snow every other year and then
usually just in the west hills of Portland. We saw snow twice
in Vancouver and Portland this last month. But it didn't last
very long. And it was only a couple of inches in some locations and my sister didn't see any in north Portland where
she lives. We did have a special treat on Christmas Day. It
snowed for several hours in the afternoon, to make it a per-
fect Christmas gift for many families. I know it made for a
very special day for our family.

It snows in Portland, Oregon about as often as it snows in Seattle, WA...which this winter has been several times.

Portland just got smacked with snow storms. I was stuck at home for the last few days because the roads weren't all that safe.
