Well, I live out in Keizer (just north of Salem), and we got new stores all over. They're developing out by Corvallis, too, so you're gonna be seeing plenty of jobs. Better start applying... The other upper middle class suburbs are: Vancouver, namely the eastern half The Northern parts of Hillsboro Oak Hills, Bethany and North of Cornell Skyline... Well the trendy shops/boutiques are up on NW 23rd off of Burnside. And there is the Pearl that is so trendy too. But they are upscale in price and not where you go for the bargains.
