What is the weather like in Oregon for February? |
We would like to go to the coast, just don't what the weather will be. Plan on cold and rainy, but I have had some cold, clear sky weather days in February as well on the Northern coast. Bring rain gear (no umbrellas- the wind will take them out) and layer your clothes. Its cold and rainy as normal. But I have noticed in the past, February is when it snows. Its usually about 50-55 during the day and 40-45 at night. Depending on what part you are going, some areas get more rain. Northern places like Astoria get alot more rain than the southern beach areas like Brookings or Coos Bay. Cold, wet and grey. It's windy ,rainy and really cold there in the cost in February October - June = cold and rainy Its very unpredictable, but expect rain, and clouds. Portland from what I understand has had a very rough winter, and it probably wont let up in February. It is rainy and windy but is still very beautiful and you can find some great deals on hotels because it is off season. |
