A small, small town in Oregon?

I tend to like rain, so if possible, a town where it rains a lot. Also maybe one that is near the ocean.

Weather on the Oregon Coast can be variable. While it is possible to see snow in Astoria and Warrenton during the months of January or February, temperatures in Gold Beach and Coos Bay rarely dip below freezing during the winter. Rain however, is a fact of life up and down the coast, which supports a lush and fertile ecosystem and is bordered by temperate rainforest.

There are many towns in Oregon with a population of less than 1,000 residents. Waterloo, Sodaville, Hebo, and Grand Ronde are all located fairly close to the coast and are extra small.

A little Town called Mollola

I'm kinda partial to Langlois.

Cannon Beach is a great place. It's tiny, but still fun. It rain quite a bit as it is unprotected from the storms, and the hills behind it keep moisture in. It also has some great beaches, excellent taffy and some of the most beautiful nature you will ever find.

If you don't mind a little driving you might try Powers or a little closer to the coast would be Myrtle Point or Coquille. In land just enough, yet still gets enough rain.
