Is there a water taxi service in Portland, Oregon?

My company's christmas party is on a Willamette River cruise ship this year and I need a way to get off that boat in case of an emergency.

Your options in case of emergency are:

Coast Guard ship

or

Hijack one of the Christmas ships....kidding:)

seriously, though I'm sure the vessel you are riding on will have access to an emergency water taxi if it becomes necessary. Call ahead and ask!!
