Should the people of Poland have supported Napolean or was it a mistake?

well i personally feel kinda used by Napoleon lol cos he did lil to keep the promisses he gave to my soldiers he wanted to prolong everything cos he was using our army that fought at many fronts for him n he kept feedin em w/promisses n even tho he did sth it was way not close to the promisse, so yeah im not satisfied :P i bet u can find 3 reasons for and 3 reasons against n so can i but its all relative i guess esp when u r not emotionally attached to the topic hm maybe historians are totally objective but i bet they wud argue on that topic too n to be honest no1 can know if it was good or bad like any other thing in history cos how can we know how wud it be today if the things that happened didnt happen the way they happened? =)

ppl back then had no clue in which way their actions will influence the future, its easy to judge history today cos we know what we did n what we got from it... Report It

but we gotta keep in mind that some things resulted from our past actions were just a coincidence not possible to be predicted by any side that was involved... Report It

so i guess if we wanna judge it from the point of the ppl from back then we wud probably say they were cheated n used many times n N. wasnt too honest w/us... Report It

but yrs went by n we are an independent country now so all the past issues turned out gd for us, but can our so called allies be proud of all of the actions they took while dealing w/us? hm Report It
