Can anyone tell me what the unit of currency in poland is?

Can anyone tell me what the unit of currency in poland is?

The z艂oty (/藞zw蓴t扫/ listen (help路info), plural for numbers ending in 2, 3 and 4 (except 12, 13 and 14): z艂ote /藞zw蓴t蓻/, plural for all other numbers: z艂otych /藞zw蓴t扫x/), literally meaning "golden", is the currency of Poland. The ISO 4217 currency code is PLN. The modern z艂oty is subdivided into 100 groszy (singular: grosz, alternate plural form: grosze).

As a result of hyperinflation in the early 1990s, the currency underwent redenomination. Thus, on January 1, 1995, 10,000 old z艂otych (PLZ) became one new z艂oty (PLN).

As I recall, it used to be the Zloty. But didn't they switch to the
euro ?

Zloty. Approx. 2.8 Zlotych (plural of Zloty) to the dollar.

Poland's currency is still "ZLOTYCH".

It is zloty, spell correct or what ever. I was there some few years ago I think they are now using the euro. The gals are so great, they are accommodatable.
