In Poland the only legal requirement applied to drinking alcohol is that you have to have a liver lol

Well, about a few hours old, to drink your mother's milk. And as for alcohol (you didn't say THAT), you have be 18 to be SOLD alcohol (including beer). As for drinking - what can stop a minor who wants to get plastered?
