A Cadbury's chocolate factory in Bristol is relocating to Poland but where will they find the staff?

Are you suggesting all the polish people are here?

They'll be immigrants from Slovakia!!

Estonia, Polands full of them doing the poles that have come here jobs.

oompah loompas!

for sure they will

Maybe the ones from Bristol can relocate back to Poland?

Switzerland is close, maybe some peolpe from the knife store can get jobs.

The issue with this occasion as well as many others is that the factories abroad are usually more modern and have spare manufacturing capacity , with much less expensive costs .
In the UK many of the factories are under utilised , have very high manufacturing costs , some of which are due to union demands , and a number are very old and would be expensive to re build . So if the company , in the case Cadbury ( British ???!!!) have the spare capacity in these foreign factories they simply switch production and close the UK plant .
The French people won't allow their government to let this happen , whilst out government sits on their hands and thinks it is doing a great job by supplying advisers to those being made unemployed
Our whole manufacturing base is being destroyed piece by piece . Steel , Coal , shipbuilding , consumer goods , and now confectionery !!!
We now have to import all this sort of thing , which apart from the scandal of having no manufacturing base in UK is not good for global warming

Poland is a country of 38 million and there are still many many people to take up these jobs.

And right at the moment Poland is lowering local business tax to encourage investment in certain areas, along the lines of which Slovakia did a couple of years ago and it seems to be working as a lot of companies are relocating here.

Good for Poland but not so good for the UK, luckily I live in Poland lol

Considering that Poland has struggled heavily with unemployment (which might be why people LEGALLY travel to other countries to find work), I think there will be no problem staffing the Cadbury's factory.

The gourmet chocolate company Ferrero Rocher has a huge chocolate factory in Poland, so I'm sure Cadbury's will be alright.

there are job centres which recruit staff for factorys, there will be no problem to find staff, this is interesting for me as i am polish but work in bristol england.
i think this factory should stay in england.

I live in Hungary and bought some Cadburys chocolate made in Poland and its not the same as english made chocolate .dont buy any more

If you Brits don't want the Polish, we will gladly take them in the US, there women are hot and Polish integrate

ah nice to eat chocolate from Poland made by Polish men who take a shower once a year...a bit like those from Bristol i guess :)

IT WILL BE FULL OF BRITS.............. BECAUSE THEY CANT GET WORK IN ENGLAND DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF PAKISTANI AND POLISH PEOPLE OVER HERE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

THEY SHOULD RENAME ENGLAND .......... TO PAKIPOLAND

GOD BLESS HITLER AND THE KKK
