Is Playa Del Carmen, Mexico Fun?? What is there to do?

I might go there for spring break, i was wondering if it would be a good place to go. I am going with my family and some other relatives. 3 adults, 3 teens, and 2 kids.

It's Awsome! Lots to do, beautiful beaches. We go every year.

It's really fun. It's close to Cancun, so all the parties are there. They have really pretty water that's good for snorkeling. There's also Tulum, some Mayan ruins that are pretty close by. I strongly recommend seeing those, there's a really nice beach you can go to right where the ruins are. There's a bunch of locals that offer various tours, just get out there and look around. It's one of my favorite vacation spots.

swim with the dolphins. and parasale. fun fun! stay at the iberostar quetzal!!!!! its amazing!!!!!! go to the bar and ask for a Conga. it is a drink that is sunny delight, pineapple juice and grinidene! it is orange and red. they r so good i drank 42 in 6 days and barfed

I just when for one day. I mainly stayed in Cancun. But yes I actually like more playa del carmen if vacation is family oriented. Also we found CENOTES is like caves and you can swim!!! and the MargaritasssssssssUMM. Lots to do.... Xcaret I think that is the name that is a very good place to go with children. Is good for everybody.
