El Dorado Royale on the Riviera Maya - dress code? |
My fiance and I are thinking about going to the El Dorado Royale for our honeymoon, but we're pretty laid back people. I've read there is a dress code for the restaurants. Has anyone stayed there who could give me more details about this? Hi there are about 124 Hotels at the Riviera Maya....all inclusive most of them.....i work at the Royal hide away...5 diamonts Dorado Royal is 1 Diamonth..so they are not too picky during lunch or breackfast but if you are goign for dinner specificly to the Gourmets restaurants,they are going to ask you for long pans,shirt,top shoes,.basicly no sleave less and not flip flops....folloing this direccions you are gioin to be happy ....like i said the dress code is just for the restaurants of specialities....i heard they have an italian and one mexican...very good.. see here:http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0oGkmla6vtGyY... usually in the evening dress code would be gentlemen long pants ,no sandals... |

hello, to make it easy:PLAYA DEL CARMEN. the beaches and the turquoise water in the entire riviera maya beat the pacific at every time...especially in playa del carmen.puerto vallarta is located ... You will see alot of drunken white hairy sun-burnt Caucasians that appear to act like monkeys. I've never been there but when i went to Playa del carmen I saw some bad reviews on the place i stayed. And when i got there it was nothing like the reviews said. Don't trust other people... In principle I agree with Nydia. Playa del Carmen is closer to Chichen Itza. Or at least closer to the fastest and most efficient route to go to Chichen Itza. However I suggest you to investig...
