We are going to Playacar the end of the month...?

has anyone ever stayed at the Allegro in Playacar?...I've read some not so good reviews on TripAdvisor.com,

I've never been there but when i went to Playa del carmen I saw some bad reviews on the place i stayed. And when i got there it was nothing like the reviews said. Don't trust other peoples reviews to much because one person might think that the coffee is to cold when another might think its perfect.
You'll enjoy it I'm sure......have fun..
