New Years in Playa Del Carmen?

I'm going to be in Playa del Carmen (south of Cancun) for new years. Where should I go?

I'll be with my brother and his wife, my fiance, and my Dad. We're all over 21, so we want a party, but any ideas are appreciated!

Actually, you won't have to be anywhere. Just hang out at the 5th Ave. (Quinta Avenida) is the ang out place. There are plenty of places to dine. (I would recommend Italian food *cooked by Italians, Playa has one of the largest Italian communities in Mexico). I suggest Calimero (that's where Italians eat) or "Idea Pasta" *owned by Massimo.
Then for partying, there will be plenty of fiesta in the 5a Avenida.

Yea what scuba said just go to 5th ave there are plenty of places there to party. Just don't do the typical American thing and everyone get really messed up , you don't want to be on the news the following day.
