Has anyone stayed at Playa Palms hotel or Blue Parrot?

There are to different websites www.playapalms.com and www.blueparrot.com but the pictures look like the exact same hotel. What's the deal ? I'm confused ? someone clear this up for me. thanks

I have never stayed there, but I have seen it. It's OK. My favorite place to stay in Playa is Xaman-Ha condos. You can check them out on xhcondos.com. It is in the best location in Playa, 3 min. walk from 5Th Ave. They are reasonable and if you are going with several people you can split the cost. (1, 2, and 3 bedroom units are available.) They have a live web cam of both the pool area and the beach. It is a great place to stay and they have full kitchens, you can buy everything you need in Playa. Check out tripadvisor.com to look at the Playa hotels.

Hi! The place in the pictures is Blue Parrot, it is a good hotel, it is not the Best in Playa but it is clean and safe.

Hi, i lived in playa for two years and i never heard of playapalms, but it doesn麓t mean it does not exist, ok?
if you look at the pictures (the architecture of most hotels in fifth avenue is similar, white, the terraces, etc) you can see a lot of boats in the sea, so I think i know where it is located, a pretty place. But the sea is filled with boats and sometimes fumes, i recomend the blue parrot.
it is between 4 and 6th street I think, there is a lot of night life there and the hotel is nice.
