Should I book a snorkeling tour in Mexico before I go or when I get there? |
I am going to the Riviera Maya in 2 weeks and dont know if I should book a snorkeling tour before I leave, or after I get out there. Price is not a HUGE concern, but more the quality of the trip. Any suggestions? Wait till you get there ... much better idea of what's available and probably cheaper Nah....I don't think so..... As an experianced traveller, I can assure you: definitely book ahead. If you're going between May and November, I'd wait for this reason: WEATHER. My wife and I were going to Cozumel (from Playa) to snorkle, but an offshore storm blew in. We had to scrap the whole outing. I'd play it by ear when you're there. I saw lots of tours in the area, so I wouldn't be concerned about availability. However, weather might be more stable in peak periods in November-March to permit advance planning. what till you get there. I would wait, because mabey there are more options U don't know about and would like to do instead of snorkeling. |
