Sorry to say (no offense) but wisconsin doesnt have like anything there at all. Try going to California, Florida, Mexico, or Hawaii.

Ok, We'll forgive you that you are in the Phoenix section.

Wisconisn Dells, is hands down, the main tourist destination (besides Green Bay during football season) in Wisconsin. Try googling it. They have plenty of spas, hotels, restaurants, museums, etc, so you never get bored there. It's like a little Vegas, something for everyone's budget. I can't tell you what would be the most romantic per say, but you will never get bored in the Dells.
