Cheap good place to get snake bites piercings in Phoenix Area?

I'm 18 and want to get 2 snake bites on my bottom lip. I'm visiting my aunt and uncle in Chandler for february vacation next week and the week after. Where is a good trust worthy clean place to get piercings that isn't overly expensive? thanks! xD
