Is queen creek,az a good place to live,start a business,etc.?

YES a lot of stuff is moving east.

Queen Creek is a fast-growing East Valley suburb. It is best known for its rural lifestyle, and the Town's motto: "Keeping Queen Creek Unique". The biggest draw for so many people in the past was the equestrian heritage and lifestyle of QC. Now, that equestrian lifestyle is dwindling as more and more developments come in, with new shopping malls on line to open in March and April. The town is still very community-oriented. The downside to living in QC is transportation. Traffic is a big problem since Pinal County never planned well for their growth, and all of Pinal County's traffic comes through QC as commuter traffic. When something happens on the Pinal County roads, like an accident, then all roads in QC are backed up. But overall, QC is a great place to live and open a business.

no still to small a town

Yes...it is growing big!!!!

it would depend on the type of business. Queen creek is growing, but the growth has slowed due to the economy and the overabundance of new housing not being used out there. It is oversaturated with restaurants and small stores, but if you have enough capitol to keep open a few years it would pay off and grow then. TO live it is a pretty good town, it;s still far from the main parts of phoenix, but phoenix is spreading that way so it will eventually catch it. buying a home there right now would be good lots of incentives because lots of empty new homes for sale

That place used to be considered living in the stix, but now it's blown up. A lot of people and businesses are moving out there because the land is still cheap compared to most parts of the East Valley. I think now is the time to get out there, especially if you decide to open a business that they don't have out there yet. It's a lot faster to get to with the new Freeway.

The Queen Creek/Gilbert area is booming! I have lived in that area for 4 years and have enjoyed watching it expand. It is a great area to live, safe, clean, and beautiful. Many businesses are moving to the area, must be good for business.
