Does anyone know if Tempe Arizona is good place live?

I live in tempe almost to chandler. ASU is a ten minute drive so there is no parties here. there is a lot of shopping and everything is close. our house value continues to rise and the neighborhood is quiet.

It's ASU town, so there's plenty to do and it's close to everything, so yeah! It's very multicultural because of ASU. Scottsdale is right up the street and down town Phoenix isn't far either.

It's a good place if you are going to college. It's a party town and that's where everyone goes for the bars and clubs, Mill Ave. after all these years is still the busiest place on a friday and saturday night.
