Has anyone ever lived in Yuma,AZ?

I went to Kofa High School there. Its quickly growing with plenty of restaurants popping up. Its really not much hotter than Phoenix. In fact Phoenix may be hotter due to all the blacktop and roads. Its close to the dunes if you enjoy dirt bikes. Its also about 15 minutes from Algodones, Mexico for Rx meds, suveniers, and clubs.
A lot of Migrant workers live there and go back and forth between Yuma and Salinas, CA and other places.
Anything specific you want to know just ask and I may be able to help.

sure many people have and still do live in Yuma AZ .
kind of a nice place.

I did when I was 3 years old! Haha.
And the only real memory I have is swimming in the pool at our condo with my family.
Oh, and the heat!

Did a short business trip there a few years ago. The old downtown was mostly empty and most business moved to the edge of town. Very hot and dry, I learn why people take siestas at lunch. I found it hard to move from 12-3 midday.

I live in Arizona but never in Yuma.

Why anyone lives there is a complete mystery to me.
Watch out for the drug sniffing dogs at the Yuma checkpoint on the way out of town.
