Van rental in Phx,AZ for drivers under 21?

Some friends and I are interested in a Van Rental for 5 days during spring break. The problem? We're all 20, every company we have been able to find has age requirements of 21 or 25, anyone know of any rental services that will cater to drivers under 21? Do such companies exist?

I think I found one, check this one and see if they do. This is what it says in their terms and conditions:

Underage
Minimum age for renting a vehicle is 18.
The fees for underage renters are as follows:
$15.00/day: 21 - 24 years old renting non-specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$25.00/day: 18 - 20 years old renting non-specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$30.00/day: 18 - 24 years old renting specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$10.00/day: 18 - 24 years old renting with Corporate accounts for any car class.
Underage Drivers are not permitted to rent Luxury Vehicles.

No company will rent a car, truck or van to somebody under the age of 21. It just won't happen.

I tried to find one a few years ago and I couldn't. As far as I know, all rental companies only rent to drivers 25+, some rent to 21+ with an additional insurance fee.

The only way you will be able to rent a van from a rental car company is to be in the military and travelling under government orders (then it's 18+ y/o).

Why don't you just fly, that'll fix your problem and try looking into an all inclusive spring break vacation they are always the best option and by far the most affordable. Here is a blog entry that helped me out they show several options for many destinations starting at under $100.
