Is East Monroe street in Arizona ghetto? |
anyone know anything about this area? That would be very helpfull...I'll give best answer if I was to walk down the street what would it be like? girl that is the ho stroll!! Van Buren is terrible until about 52nd st. going eastbound and like 100th ave going westbound. Walking down the street all you'll see is ho's, crackheads and homeless folks.. East Monroe Street in what city? If you are talking about downtown area I wouldn't do it if I were you. our streets run for miles and miles. Can you be more specific about what portion of East Monroe you are looking at? Stay away from Van Buren!! It is all drugs, crime, and prostitutes. |
