Can i still access the north rim even though arizona state route 87 is closed?

yea im going there and due to the snow its closed and im not sure if there is any other way?

The 87 doesn't go that way. It is the 89A. Go I-17 north to the 180 and then take the 64 north right into the park.

Yes you can .Rt 87 is that little road on the map that goes from US 89A at Jacob Lake over to the parking lot by N.Kaibab trailhead
If you're starting from PHX, Steven C's directions are wrong-they will however work from Kingman
From PHX
I-17 N > I-40 E 2 exits
US 89 N -get gas in either Grey Mountain or Cameron
Left on 89A at Bitter Springs-if you start climbing you went too far
cross the Rio
As long as you're below the switcbacks you'll be below the snowline
Uphill and over to Jacob Lake
