Geode hunting in az? |
Does anyone know of a place to find geodes near Phoenix? (within an hour drive) Payson area you can collect some and also there is a few collecting areas near Lake Pleasant. Try up around the Flagstaff area there are a lot of volcanoes in that area and as you know that is where you find them is around the volcanic ash. It's ot an hour away but that would be the best place to go. Or out by the Superstition mountains that is a volcano as well. |
