Where is this place?

this place with the Simpson family seated together. can you tell me more about this place? like what else is in there, the name of the place. when did it got there? (wow, it arrived? lol) and I'm not too sure if sponge bob and patrick are there too. I'm really getting curious of what is happening in Metro Manila right now (just interesting things, and please don't include politics) coz I'm kinda getting envious of my friends having pictures there!
