What type of clothing do they wear in Peru?

What type of clothing do they wear in Peru?

Same as you.
Actually a large amount of the cotton clothes seen in the US are made in Peru (Cacharel, Polo, Armani, etc.)
There are a few local things, like for example: Ponchos. (Yes, like the ones you use for the rain) Ponchos are made of Alpaca wool and used in the high altitudes. You won't see many in the coast, but you'll se a lot of them in the Andes.

be serious, what do you think they wear? Loin cloths?

It depends where you go.

Lima and that area wear cloths similar to what you would see in America.

In the Cusco and highlands area they wear more traditional Peruvian cloths.

Depends on weather. But is basically the same clothes in US and Europe.

jeans, t shirts, a bit more formal than the US. Forget shorts and tanks.

regular clother, they are not as revealing as they are here though, people tend to be more modest - unless they're working on the sreets if you know what i mean-

There is a wide variety. Most people wear regular clothes like US, and some keep with their tradition. You can walk down the streets of Cusco and there will be woman dressed in a hand spun poncho from alpaca or llama. The hats are the coolest.
