Just a thank you for the picture, I am moving to Perth and that's the best real picture of the city I've seen!!!

Hi there,
That is a good picture of my old home city. How did you find it? Can you get other cities pictures like the one of Perth?

If it's not to much trouble could you please add more details to your post and let me know if I can find more pictures of cities as good as Perth's picture.
Thank you.

Thats the Perth Convention and Exibition Center. It's only been there for a few years. They were considering demolishing it at one stage because they were losing money on it. Its next to the Swan river and is on the edge of the CBD. It loks very pretty at night when it lit up but during the day its really not much to look at.

On the right you have the bell tower. It was built to house an antique bell we got from england. A really nice building but last lime i checked it was $10 to go in.

It's impossible to see in this picture but there is also london court. A beautiful little lane they built lin 1937 It has an arra of old style shops and flower boxes with red poppies
wikipedia has some nice pictures of it

you probably saw the big building behind the convention center. That, believe it or not is our tallest building.

If you could move the picture further to the left you would see kings park and parliment house which was half knocked down in the 60s i think. But the city petioned to stop them knoking down the rest and now the front of the building is saved as a monument.

Kings park is one of the more famous attractions and is beautiful when its all lit up at night

The University of Western Australia is also nearly impossible to see in this picture but it has long been one of perths more prestigeous universities

Once again the stations are imossible to see but they just finished putting in an underground rail system

thats pretty much all the landmarks i can think of hope it helped
