Would it be:
patiner - pat-tin-nay
c茅l茅brer- cel-lur-bray
d茅jeuner - day-jen-nay
ranger - ron-jay

Yes and no. Imagine the word "Fianc茅". Now, you don't pronounce the "茅" like "ay" do you? It has to be stronger, deeper. It's "茅" like fianc茅, Beyonc茅...

For "Ranger", imagine how English people say "an". Like Dance, France.

It's - chan (like the English -an such as Dance) - bre.
--> chan-bre. (try not pronouncing the "n", just say "an" but not the n at the end of the word, see what I mean?)

I have tested it and the pronunciation is correct provided you use the accents over the vowels (very important for accurate pronunciation!).
