What date should I send a Valentines card from paris to London if I want it to arrive on Feburary the 14th any suggestions ? Or should I just send it now to be on the safe side ?/

The title and the body of your message say two different things but I'll go by what you say in your message and assume you mean sending a card FROM Paris TO London.

Delivery time to EU countries is 2 days with priority mail. For letters under 20g, it costs 60 cts and for weights of 20 to 51g, it costs 1.15 鈧? So I would send it next Tuesday.
