What are the best/coolest places in paris? |
links would be helpful! My faves: the Jardin Plantee, the Picasso Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral (especially if you take the tour to the top of it, rad gargoyles etc), Cathedral St Eustache + Les Halles, the Rodin Museum, the streets around Place St Michel, the Rue Moufftarde, the Parc Buttes Chaumont. Google any of these spots and you'll find some neat resulst. Especially the NY Times article on the Jardin Plantee. Coolest monument or historic site- The catacombs... check out how the arranged the bones of their dead in strange macabre displays... |
