You can buy them at most "fun" stores throughout Paris, which usually also sell costumes, hair die, and so forth. Those were really "in" about eleven years ago, but the craze stopped. You might have some troubles to find some, but if you look, you will.
However, if it is to carry back to the states, be careful with the customs ^^

Question for you. Why on earth are you going to Paris for bangers, Eurodisney and undergound shopping? What a waste of time and money.
