Romantic restaurant in Paris - not too pricey? |
Hi - I'm looking for a romantic restaurant for a Valentine's day evening meal in Paris. We are staying near the Arc de Triomph. I don't mind spending up to about 150 euros. I'd really like it to be traditional French food and a nice atmosphere. Can anyone help? Thank you very much!!! La Coupe Chou in the Latin quarter is very nice. Like many other restaurants they have a Valentine's Day special menu. ahahah when you love you don't see at the bill! Maybe somewhere around Montmartre...It's so pretty and romantic there....Also a restaurant around Versailles would be nice.... The Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower. The food is fixed prix, the view is spectacular and it is tres romantique!!! What a great place to have Valentine's. It is not far from the Arc, either! There was a really nice , but it wasn't really "Romantic" though, montmarte is not too pricey so anything in that section of the city. Le Grand Colbert for good, authentic French food I thought Le Tresor in the Marais was romantic. Here's a link to some photos. My friends and I actually sat at the table in the first photo; I sat in the gold chair! L'Auberge Bressane is nice, and around that price. Check out http://www.auberge-bressane.com/ |
