Eiffel Tower?

Hi I'm 14 and my most anticipated place ever is paris france. i love it. i want to go so bad. and the eiffel tower. favorite monument ever. i'm american and i love it more than our statue of liberty! please tell me what it's like there. i want to go so bad and learn french. ooo and can someone tell me how to say some stuff in french. that'd rock! thanks

OK, you need to take French as soon as possible! (OBVIOUSLY!) As such an avid francoist (ooh, that can't be right! sounds too much like the Spanish dictator No it's francophile) anyway, you should study all you can. Try to talk your parents into a summer or a year abroad, if you can...in any case, do it in University!

and, just so you know, there's a smaller version of our Statue of Liberty, right near the Eiffel Tower.

You'll love it!

Paris is absolutely beautiful!
In the first place, it is full of Parisians.....who speak French, and that *is* really nice.
also there is
The Seine, the bridges over the Seine, all the beautiful boulevards, the different arrondisements, the shops, the feeling of history, the restaurants (oh .. the food!....that is something else !!!!) , and all the little courtyards right off the street that have little apartment entrances right off the garden.... it is wonderful, just you wait !!

Some stuff in French:
Bonjour - which means hello
A bientot - which means 'see you later"
Au revoir - which means good-by, until we see each other again

x

I have never been there but But i want to ....here check thttp://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm? fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=10762... out.
