Does the Paris Charles de gaulle airport have any baggage locker facilities?

No it does not.

Actually, you will not be able to find lockers in any station / airport in France.
Few years back, some bombs have been discovered in one (if some one knows the source please help) and since then they all have been removed or permanently locked.

Due to a bomb incident a while back, there is no locker for rent at CDG :(

hmmm, could have changed, but there was a baggage service available in the recent past. They charge by time/day and it is fairly expensive. Try "Bagages du monde" in a web search (you may need to plug the address into Babelfish to translate some of the results from French...) They were located by the baggage claim area.
