More specifically, websites comparing the U.S. and countries of Central America cost of living, even more specifically, Panama or Costa Rica. Also, if you have any recommendations for Panama-like countries (1st world country with 3rd world country prices and preferably with English as at least a second language, if not first), please let me know.
