Bus in Panama City, Panama?

Is there such a thing as a schedule on the internet? I heard that the city was building a new multimillion dollar bus system last year and cannot find anything on it. Any info would be a big help.

No, there is no bus schedule of Panama in the Internet.
Government has tried to come out with a transportation system for the city of Panama but it has had big opposition from the present owners and drivers of buses that currently offer the service, so nothing is clear yet and for the city there is no such thing as a bus time schedule.
The buses that go the the country side are the ones that kind of keep an schedule but do not count on it either.
My advice for you, if you are coming or are already here and you want to move by bus do not set times too sharp, give some slack to yourself and be patient, or rent a car.
Traffic is the worst Panama has to offer but beyond that people is nice and there are many places that will make your adventure in our transportation system WORTH!
