Is Miramar a good place to live at? If yes, what are the best streets?

Is it preferable to buy freehold or Co-operative Society? What is the difference? Can anyone pl give me an idea about prices of 2 bedroom flats - freehold & co-op?

Miramar is a nice place to live at and maybe you would try to get a sea front place.

From where are you and what locality are you exactly looking to stay in? There are many other places you could also consider staying at depending on various factors.

Prices then vary from place to place and locality to locality.

In my opinion you would do best to buy freehold if you can as then you are not dependent on the "society" on decisions regarding maintenance, repair, etc.

Its better you try at Colva or Vagator beach cottages/hotels. Miramar beach is not suitable for swimming. And much better options are available at Colva.
