Can someone tell me which beach in Goa is the safest and cleanest?

Any suggestions for the following hotels?

- Bambolin beach hotel
- Sun valley ( althought i think it may not be near the beach)
- Siolin house
- Hotel goa International, Miramar
- Hotel MOndavi
- Oceanique resort

please help...I want a hotel that will provide shuttle to the beach if it's far. or if it's on the beach that would be great..a beach that is clean not dirty and also close to restaurants. help!

Regarding hotels this time of the years all are horribly priced for the rooms.Even i am trying to find a cheap one .
Beaches all are clean ,but the rush will be more in all of them ,X-mas&New Year time
