Are there any islands near Goa which can be visited by tourists?

I have been looking for information avaiable on internet and also checking all the online maps available. I can see that there are 3-4 islands near goa but what i dont know is that is there any hotels or resorts or any other facility avaiable for tourists?

I think the islands you are referring to you are just off the coast of Goa like "Grande Island", "Pican Island", etc.

Sorry these islands do not have any resorts or such facilities that you are looking for. Small boats take you out for a day's trip / picnic for some snorkelling and lunch (which is taken along) to these islands.

Now further down south you have the Lakshadweep islands which do have the facilities that you are talking about.....

There a few Islands off the coast of Goa. But there is no Hotel/Resort in them.
